Happy New Year.

Let’s hope that 2026 is a peaceful year where the rest of our non aviation world can come together and realize we have more in common that not. The one thread that holds us all together is aviation, it always amazes me when we sit around a fire and chat how different we all are but we can express our differences with respect and still get along. It makes me wish everyone was a pilot but then again it is what makes us who we are. I am healing up from a few broken ribs and looking forward to a New year of flying and fishing. I am privileged to have a bunch of the next generation of aviation pilots and mechanics ducking in and out of my hanger flying my planes and helping out in the shop it is great to be able to teach a little of what I have to offer to help round out there education. I hope that someday they will look back on these days and remember the old man who let them fly his planes and in return help some other kid make it to there first job…..
